DDA's vice chairman Balvinder Kumar on Friday revealed the tentative date of their next housing scheme to be in Dec 2016 in which 40,000 flats will be on offer. In the 2014 scheme, 25040 flat were on offer of which only 5% had two or more bedroom.
In its next scheme, the authority will offer 40(Fourty)% of its flats for middle income group, which are mostly two bedroom flats, and higher income group which comprise three bedroom units. Of the 40000 flats, 24660 would be one bedroom middle income group flats and the rest 16000 would be a mix of two and three bedroom flats.

Who can apply for Delhi Development Authority flat schemes?
Applicant must not own any residential flat or plot in Delhi, in their own name or in the name of their spouse or children.
One person can submitted only one application, Both Husband and wife can apply but if both are successful, only one can retain the flats. Any Citizen of India who is at letesd Eighteen years old at the time of filling application.
Registration Fee:-Rs.10K for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and Rs.1 Lac for general (Submitted at the time of Application form submission)
Document Required:- Pan Card is Mandatory But Aadhaar Card Number (Not Mandatory)
Age should be Eighteen years or above
Candidate Should be Indian Citizen.
Don’t have any flats in Delhi under Delhi Development Authority Flat Scheme.
Don’t have any government Scheme flat in Delhi.
